This work portrays a glimmer of transformative hope—a sign of change blooming like a season in full riot—amid the murkiness of our contemporary, opaque reality. Its Japanese title, “A World Without Symbols,” expresses the belief that beyond the constraints of fixed notions and uncertain symbols that bind our present, there awaits a true global harmony—a beautiful paradise not only for humanity but for diverse species as well.
To build an ideal future, a unifying and symbolic figure is indispensable. In embodiment of this principle, the work introduces “Haniel,” one of the seven great angels whose name—as recorded in the Book of Enoch—signifies “the glory of God” or “one who beholds God.” Haniel is also understood, from a quantum-mechanical perspective, as the manifestation of a universal energy. This presence resides at the intersection of traditional religious mysticism and the modern scientific concepts of fundamental vibrations and wave functions. It is revered for governing the hierarchy of archangels and mighty angels, ruling over Venus, December, Scorpio, and Pisces, and is also associated with the seventh sephirah on the Tree of Life in mysticism. Moreover, in the realm of magic, this being is celebrated for bringing forth love, beauty, peace, and harmony—its vibratory essence encapsulating infinite potential and order.
This archangel transcends the chaos of modernity, pointing toward the establishment of a new order that overcomes fixed notions and transcends the boundaries of race—a realization of true global harmony.
